Ryder Elementary School

Mrs. Lord’s 1st graders connected with classrooms across the country through a fun Gingerbread Exchange!

Students created gingerbread men, shared details about Ryder Elementary and New York State, and learned geography as they tracked letters arriving from all over the U.S. Students had so much fun seeing how far each gingerbread traveled. The longest journey came from Honolulu, Hawaii!
